Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, create mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the mailbox you want to redirect emails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else.
